By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner wants a direction to the discipline authority to conclude the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that though the departmental enquiry has been concluded and report has been submitted but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection in the event direction is issued for disposal of the disciplinary proceedings in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent no.3 to conclude the disciplinary proceedings as expeditiously as possible within a period of two months of production of certified copy of this order.
