By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 01.07.2025 whereby he has been directed to deposit back Rs.2,02,860/- which was transmitted into his account for being benefited under some promotional scheme of the State Government. 3. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that no notice was given to the petitioner and thus just upon the order passed by the District Magistrate dated 27.06.2025 to the District and Chief Medical Officer dated 28.06.2025, petitioner has been directed by the Chief Medical Superintendent to deposit back the amount. 4. From the perusal of the order impugned it clearly transpires that the petitioner was not put to notice prior to passing of the order. 5. In view of the above, the order dated 01.07.2025 impugned here in this petition shall be taken as a notice
