By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "A. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing to the respondents to accord the pay of Rs.42,00/- after the completion of 26 years of satisfactory service from December, 2022 with the arrears and other consequential benefits." Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has already approached the authority concerned for consideration of his claim by means of a representation dated 1st May, 2025 which has remained pending till date. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in the event if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period. In view of the above this petition stands disposed of
