By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "i. Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 to pay the salary of the petitioner for the period of October, 2024 upto July, 2025." Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has already approached the authority concerned for consideration of her claim by means of a representation dated 17th July, 2025 which has remained pending till date. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in the event if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period.
