By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding respondent concerned to provide benefit of additional increment falling on 1st July, 2020 that he attained the age of superannuation on 30th June, 2020. Sri Shiv Kumar Pal, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India submits that Government of India has already issued notification in above regard on 14th October, 2024 and soon the order will be passed upon the claim of the petitioner.
