By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants a writ of mandamus to be issued to the respondent No.- 2 to decide the matter of show cause notice issued to the petitioner on 6th January, 2020 and reply to which petitioner has already submitted. Sri Shiv Kumar Pal, learned Deputy Solicitor General of India submits that he has no objection in the event the matter of show cause notice is directed to be disposed by the respondent No.- 2 in accordance with law.
