Heard Sri Pramod Kumar Sinha, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. The grounds raised are that petitioner was already working in an aspirational district since 2016 and, therefore, he should not have been transferred to another aspirational district, especially when he had given option as required under Clause 4(iv) of the transfer policy dated 6th May, 2025. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner had given option online as well as by sending hard copy application physically on 17th June, 2025 much prior to the passing of the transfer order but the same was ignored and petitioner has been transferred to another aspirational district Jhansi under the transfer order.
