The petitioner, who was retired on 30th June, 2020, wants additional annual increment which had become due to the petitioner on 1st July, 2020. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the matter is no more res integra and this petition can be disposed of in terms of the order passed in Writ - A No.- 10867 of 2025 which is an identical matter. In view of the above, since petitioner has already given representation before the respondent No.- 4, it is hereby provided that claim of the petitioner shall be considered and shall be disposed of in terms of the order passed by this Court in Writ - A No.- 10867 of 2025 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
