By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus to command the respondent No.- 3 to permit petitioner to discharge duties on the post of Technical Mate. Per contra, it is argued by Sri Pathak, learned counsel for the respondent that petitioner has not reported for duty and hence he has been issued with show cause notice on 26th May, 2025 and in reply thereto petitioner was required to submit his reply.
