Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the order dated 15.06.2025 on the ground that petitioner's children are small and he may be transferred to a nearby district. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been transferred at a very distant place of 388 kms from Kanpur Nagar as he has stood transferred from Kanpur Nagar to Sonbhadra under the order impugned. He is agreed to be posted at a nearby station and submits that in this regard he is ready to make a fresh representation. 3. Learned Standing Counsel, on the contrary, submits that petitioner is working on a transferable post and can be transferred in administrative exigency. 4.
