By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "a. Issue the suitable writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to pass an appropriate orders and to return back the petiioner to join his lien post under the respondent no. 4 as the period of attachment of 2 years of the petitioner has already expired. " 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation on 16.06.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representation of petitioner is directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5.
