By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "a. Issue the suitable writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to pass an appropriate orders and to return back the petiioner to join his lien post under the respondent no. 4 as the period of attachment of 2 years of the petitioner has already expired. " 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representation on 16.06.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. 4.
