By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for a writ of mandamus commanding the respondents to consider his representation pending consideration dated 10.10.2024 and 01.11.2024 and to give him employment as Home Guard Volunteer in the face of the fact that his father has got paralyzed and is unable to discharge his duties. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that in this regard government has issued Government Order dated 03.12.2024 and petitioners claim can be directed to be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 5. In view of the above this petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent concerned to consider and disposed of the pending representations of petitioner dated 10.10.2024 and 01.11.2024 within a period of two months from the product
