By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner wants consideration of her representation dated 14.10.2025. 2. Learned Standing Counsel questions the maintainability of this petition at the instance of petitioner as no public interest litigation is maintainable in service matters, inasmuch as petitioner not being member of service of respondent shall have no stake in the appointment of a person who is an employee of an organization. 3. Counsel for the petitioner could not dispute the above facts. 4. In view of the above, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter. 5. Accordingly the petition is consigned to records.
