By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution petitioner has prayed for following relief: "i) a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent No. 3 to pay the due salary of 7 days to the petitioner for the month of June-2024." 3. It is submitted that in the above regard petitioner has approached the authority by making representations on 09.08.2024 and 17.07.2025 but no order has been passed thereupon. It is also submitted that recommendation in this regard has also been made by the respondent No. 2 on 29.07.2024. 4. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event representations of petitioner are directed to be disposed of by the respondent in accordance with law. 5.
