Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Standing Counsel. 2. Though this petition is directed against the order of attachment dated 10.07.2025 but since the petitioner himself admits to have already attained the age of superannuation the first prayer is rendered infructuous. So far as the second prayer is concerned, for payment of post retirement dues for which petitioner has already represented the matter before the respondent No.2 that can be directed to be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. 3.Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner may be directed to make representation afresh for payment of post retrial dues before the competent authority,namely respondent No. 2 who may be directed to dispose of the same in accordance with law. 4.
