By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the order dated 15st July, 2025 on the ground that petitioner's wife is serving at Budaun and hence in terms of policy of State Government if one spouse is serving at particular station then other spouse should also be posted at the same station as far as possible. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been transferred at a very distant place of 400 kms from Budaun as he has stood transferred from Budaun to Jhansi under the order impugned. He is agreed to be posted at a nearby station and submits that in this regard he is ready to make a fresh representation. Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner's wife is a teacher in a Government school and hence petitioner cannot claim always to be posted at Budaun or
