Learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter which is taken on record and a copy whereof is also supplied to learned counsel for petitioner. 3. As per instructions disciplinary proceedings are pending against the petitioner as per the sanction granted by the Governor under its order dated 07.01.2021. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that disciplinary proceedings may be directed to be disposed of within a prescribed time which this Court may consider to be appropriate. 5. Learned Standing Counsel does not have any objection in the event direction is issued for conclusion of disciplinary proceedings in accordance with law. 5.
