The petitioner, who has retired on 31st January, 2013, has remained unpaid insofar as the leave encashment and other post retirement dues are concerned. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has retired from the post of Head Clerk while working in District Rural Development Agency of the State and now entitlement to the post retirement dues and leave encashment of such employees have come to be crystalized in view of the order of this Court passed in Writ - A No.- 12721 of 2024 decided on 22nd January, 2025 against which special appeal being Special Appeal Defective No.- 210 of 2025 has stood dismissed on 21st May, 2025. Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that petitioner's claim can be directed to be disposed of in terms of the judgment passed by this Court in Writ - A No.- 12721 of 2024 (Ganesh Prasa
