By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a writ of quo warranto questioning the continuance of respondent No.- 5. Learned Standing Counsel, on the contrary, has drawn the attention of this Court towards the order dated 8th July, 2025 passed in Writ - A No.- 8920 of 2025 filed by respondent No.- 5 in which interim protection has been granted to the respondent No.- 5 and that is how she has been made to continue. In the circumstances, when a person, may be holding a civil post, is working on the said post under the order of this Court the matter is sub judice, no writ of quo warranto can be entertained.
