By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has questioned the order dated 21st July, 2025 on the ground that petitioner's wife is serving at Prayagraj and hence in terms of policy of State Government if one spouse is serving at particular station then other spouse should also be posted at the same station as far as possible. He further takes the plea of his daughter's schooling as she is studying in class IX. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner has been transferred at a very distant place of 400 kms from Prayagraj as he has stood transferred from Prayagraj to Jalaun under the order impugned.
