Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. Instruction placed today is taken on record. As per the instructions, it transpires that preliminary fact finding inquiry was duly conducted in the matter in which petitioner is found to be prima facie guilty of charges. In the circumstances, I decline to grant indulgence in the matter of suspension at this stage. However, I am also of the view that there should not be delayed inquiry resulting in prolonged suspension. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with following directions: (a). Petitioner shall be served with chargesheet within a period of three weeks from today. (b). Soon after the chargesheet is served upon the petitioner, as directed herienabove, petitioner shall be submitting reply within next two weeks' time. (c). If petitioner submits reply as directed hereinabove, the departmental inquiry
