Hon'ble Ajit Kumar,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the parties. 2. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner wants quashing of the order dated 22.07.2024 whereby the respondent no.5 under the employment of respondent- establishment has been exonerated of the charges. Petitioner claims to be only a complainant. 3. In the considered view of the Court, petitioner cannot maintain a petition in service matters where in the departmental proceedings the employee has been exonerated as no Public Interest Litigation is entertainable in service matters. 4.
