By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, petitioner wants quashing of the order dated 22.07.2024 whereby the respondent no.5 under the employment of respondent- establishment has been exonerated of the charges. Petitioner claims to be only a complainant. 3. In the considered view of the Court, petitioner cannot maintain a petition in service matters where in the departmental proceedings the employee has been exonerated as no Public Interest Litigation is entertainable in service matters. 4.
