By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for a direction to the respondents to consider the claim of the petitioner for promotion as per grade pay mentioned in The U.P. Government Department Department Ministerial Cadre Service Rules, 2014. Learned Standing Counsel submits that if petitioner raise his grievance by moving fresh representation, the same may be directed to be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a representation before the competent authority namely the respondent no. 3 within a period of four weeks from today along with the certified copy of this order and if he does so, the respondent no. 3 shall consider and decide the same within a further period o
