Learned Standing Counsel submits that he has no objection in the event petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2025 is directed to be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 24.07.2025 within a period of six weeks of presentation of certified copy of this order by means of reasoned and speaking order.
