By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the transfer order dated 14.06.2025. Learned counsel for the petitioner has challenged the aforesaid transfer order taking the plea of violation of transfer policy. Learned Standing Counsel submits that if petitioner raise his grievance by moving fresh representation, the same may be directed to be considered and disposed of in accordance with law. In view of the above, this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to make a representation before the competent authority namely the respondent no. 2 within a period of six weeks from today along with the certified copy of this order and if he does so, the respondent no. 2 shall consider and decide the same within a further period of four weeks by me
