By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for quashing of the transfer order dated 15.06.2025 chiefly on the ground that there are other employees who have remained posted at current station for longer period and yet petitioner has been chosen to transfer on pick and choose basis, which according to learned counsel for the petitioner is violation of transfer policy brought into force w.e.f. 06.05.2025. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, I dispose of this petition with direction to the petitioner to make a fresh representation before the competent authority within a period of two weeks from today along with the certified copy of this order taking the plea of non compliance of the transfer policy in its letter and spirit and if he does so, the concerned compet
