By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief as substantial relief: "i) Issue writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding the respondent no. 2 to release the benefits of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Assured Carrier Progressive Scheme due on 01.12.2008, 01.12.2012 and 01.12.2024 respectively keeping in view of judgment dated 26.05.2022 (Annexure - 1 to the writ petition) and further to release the arrears of difference of salary along with 9% interest thereon within the period as specified by this Hon'ble Court."
