Instructions have been obtained by learned counsel appearing for respondent Ms. Pooja Agarwal and as per instructions petitioner has been issued twice show cause notices firstly on 29.11.2024 and secondly on 28.01.2025. 3. Thus, it is clear that before the order impugned came to be passed petitioner was served with the notice. Instructions also showed that petitioner had been informed about his casual approach in discharge of his duties while inspection was carried out on 18.03.2024, 02.04.2024, 29.06.2024, 30.09.2024, 04.12.2024, 18.12.2024, 29.03.2025. 4.
