In compliance of earlier order of this Court, learned Standing Counsel has obtained instructions in the matter and filed before this Court, which are taken on record, copy of which is also supplied to the learned counsel for the petitioner. As per instructions, it transpires that Tehsildar vide order dated 30th April, 2025 bearing no. 1934 has cancelled the income certificate of the petitioner, resultantly petitioner payment has come to be cancelled. In the circumstances, therefore, now since petitioner's income certificate itself has been cancelled, no relief as such can be granted, however, it is left open for the petitioner to challenge the cancellation of income certificate before appropriate forum, if so advised.
