At the outset, learned Counsel for the Respondent No.1/Claimant points out that the sum of Rs.2.77 lacs, that was set out in paragraph 2 of the order dated 29.07.2025, was paid to the Respondent No.2/Owner of the vehicle and was not paid to the Respondent No.1/Claimant. 1.1 Learned Counsel for the Appellant/Insurance Company concurs with this contention and submits that Rs.2.77 lacs was paid by the Appellant to Respondent No.2/Owner. 2 Paragraph 2 of the order dated 29.07.2025 is accordingly corrected. 3.
