This petition has been filed by the petitioners, challenging the Order dated 29.05.2023 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the „Tribunal‟) in O.A. No. 1965/2019, titled Vijay Kumar Gupta v. Union of India & Ors., whereby the learned Tribunal allowed the said O.A. filed by the respondent herein, with the following directions: “6.2 In view of the aforesaid discussions, the following are ordered:- a) The respondents are directed to pay the leave encashment dues to the applicant forthwith.
