This petition has been filed, challenging the Order dated 27.08.2024 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as the ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No.1841/2020, titled Pawan Kumari & Ors. v. At the outset, we would note that the Impugned Order has been passed on 27.08.2024, and though the present petition has been filed on 26.03.2025, the same has been listed, for the first time, before us only today, that is, after a year of the passing of the Impugned Order.
