CORAM: JUSTICE GIRISH KATHPALIA J U D G M E N T (ORAL) 1. The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 223/2023 of PS Burari for offence under Section 21/25/29 of NDPS Act. Learned APP has submitted the status report which is accepted across the board, to be scanned and made part of the record. 2. Broadly speaking, prosecution case is as follows. On 25.02.2023, a secret information was received by HC Parveen Saini, AATS/North that two African Nationals, residents of Burari area and indulged in illegal drug trafficking would come near Rose Petal School to supply a huge quantity of BAIL APPLN. 2387/2025 pages 2.5.4.20=8401dd889b27a77b2f65ffffe4afec45 569af3962c6fb4835d435f97626cacca, 3. On behalf of the accused/applicant, it is submitted that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Leaned counsel for the accused/applicant submits that even
