The present writ petition has been filed challenging the action of the respondent-Municipal Corporation of Delhi (“MCD”) in issuing a Vacation Notice dated 07th July, 2025 and a Sealing Order dated 08th July, 2025, with respect to the property of the petitioner, i.e., property bearing No. B-103, Panchsheel Vihar, New Delhi. 2.
