This appeal is directed against order dated 28.07.2025 passed in Writ-C No.23172 of 2025, whereby learned Single Judge, though found that the matter required consideration, has not passed any order on the stay application. 2. Submissions have been made that the matter involved urgency and once a prima facie case requiring consideration of the Court was made out, learned Single Judge was required to pass an order on the stay application. However, neither any order granting interim order nor rejecting the stay application has been passed leaving the petitioner high and dry. 3. Further submissions have been made that looking to the nature of order which has been questioned before the learned Single Judge, unless an interim order is granted, the fate of
