This appeal is directed against order dated 28.07.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in Writ-C No. 24458 of 2025, whereby the writ petition filed by the petitioner has been found to be misconceived and has been dismissed. 2. The appellant has initially approached this Court by filing petition in the nature of public interest, which petition came to be decided by order dated 06.08.2021, wherein the Court required the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the Assistant Collector/Tehsildar, who was required to take action and initiate legal proceedings under relevant provisions of U.P.
