This application has been filed purportedly seeking clarification of the order dated 29.07.2025 passed by this Court in Special Appeal No. 697 of 2025. 2. Submissions have been made that despite the direction given by this Court and followed by the appellants, the respondents were not permitting the appellant no. 2 for attending the school/ appearing in the mid-term examinations. 3. Counsel for the respondents submitted that the directions given by this Court have not been complied with as the directions were to deposit balance fees demanded by the respondents, however, the fee only for the current session has been deposited and factually the same is due for last two sessions. 4.
