This special appeal is directed against order dated 24.06.2025, passed by learned Single Judge in Habeas Corpus Writ Petition No. 5271 of 2025, whereby the petition filed by the appellants has been dismissed. 2. The petition was filed with the allegations that the petitioner No. 1 is Aunty (Bua) of petitioner No. 2, who was living with her, however, she had been forcibly taken away by respondent Nos. 4 and 5 and therefore, the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 be directed to produce her before the Court and her custody be handed over to the petitioner No. 2. 3. Indications have been made that the corpus is about 70 years of age and is physically not well and respondent Nos. 4 and 5, who are in the family of her husband, only with a view to possess her properties, have taken her away and therefore, the respondents be directed to produce the corpus before the
