This appeal is directed against order dated 02.05.2025 passed by learned Single Judge in Transfer Application (Civil) No. 1018 of 2024, whereby, while granting time to the respondent to file rejoinder, further proceedings in Guardians and Wards Petition No. 22 of 2022 pending before the Family Court, Etawah, has been stayed. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner made several submissions pertaining to the maintainability of the prayer for stay before the learned Single Judge, the fact that appellant in his reply to transfer application had clearly made out a case for non-interference, the interim order has been granted and, therefore, the same requires interference by this Court. 3.
