Though, Shri Shyam Sunder Chandra, learned Counsel for the appellant has sent an illness slip, apparently, this appeal is not maintainable under Chapter VIII Rule 5 of the Allahabad High Court Rules, 1952, as, the order impugned has been passed by a Single Judge under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure for transfer of Case no. 340 filed under Section 12 of the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955 before the Principal Judge, Family Court, Hardoi. 4.
