This appeal is directed against order dated 04.08.2025 passed in Writ - A No. 8362 of 2025, passed by learned Single Judge, whereby the writ petition, filed by the appellant against order dated 27.06.2025, whereby respondent No. 7 was transferred to R.D. Inter College, has been dismissed. 2. It is, inter alia, indicated in the petition that opposite party No. 7 was transferred vide order dated 27.06.2025 by Additional Director of Education (Secondary), Prayagraj to the petitioner's college and on 10.07.2025, the District Inspector of Schools ('DIOS'), Ayodhya granted consequential permission to respondent No. 7 to join at the college.
