The captioned special appeal has been filed assailing therein, the order dated 13.01.2025 passed by the learned Single Judge in Writ-A No. 314 of 2025 whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant had been dismissed on the ground that he has not explained laches in his writ petition. On a pointed query having been raised by us, learned Counsel appearing for the appellants has fairly admitted that he has not explained laches in his writ petition. In view of the aforesaid fair statement given by the learned Counsel for the appellants, we find no illegality in the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
