This appeal is directed against the order dated 10.11.2009 passed by the learned Single Judge in Service Single No.7185 of 2009. 2. The appeal is barred by 336 days. The delay has not been condoned and there is no interim order passed in the present appeal. 3. Counsel for the appellant submits that the writ petition is still pending before the learned Single Judge. 4. In view of above fact situation, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order dated 10.11.2009 passed by the learned Single Judge. 5. The appeal stands dismissed, leaving it open for the appellant to approach the learned Single Judge for expediting the hearing of the writ petition.
