The appeal is directed against the order dated 25.5.2011 passed in Writ A No.28770 of 2011, whereby the writ petition filed by the appellant questioning the transfer of the respondent no.4 to the post of Principal of the Institution in question has been dismissed. 3. Appeal was barred by limitation and notice was issued on the application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act. No interim order has been granted. 4. The appellant was aged about 55 years when the writ petition/special appeal was filed. In that view of the matter, apparently, the appeal has been rendered infructuous. 5.
