The appeal is directed against the order dated 07.08.2024 passed in Habeas Corpus Writ Petition No. 388 of 2024, whereby learned Single Judge, looking into paramount welfare of the minor corpus, has ordered for handing over the custody of minor girl child to respondent-father, who was directed to take care of the corpus and her overall well being. Further, the appellants-maternal grandparents were granted meeting rights. 2. The appeal is barred by 320 days. Submissions have been made that the appellants have earlier filed Special Appeal Defective No. 222 of 2025, which was also barred by limitation but wrongly challenged order dated 10.09.2024, by which the petition was finally disposed of, which appeal came to be dismissed on 02.07.2025 as not pressed.
