This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2. On 21st May, 2025 the Court had directed release of the detained jewellery of the Petitioners in the following terms: “18. It is an undisputed fact that the Petitioners are residents of Singapore. In view of the law discussed above, and considering the weight and the nature of detained jewellery, the same are clearly personal jewellery of the Petitioners which would be exempt under the Rules. 19. Accordingly, the Order-in-Original is also set aside and the detained jewellery are directed to be released within a period of 4 weeks. 20. In the facts of the case, full warehousing and storage charges, if any, shall however be paid. 21.
