As per averments made in the FIR on 05.01.2019, petitioners during a quarrel with Respondent No. 2 snatched his phone and wallet containing Rs. 5,000/- cash and RC of his bike while he was passing through Deer Park, for his duty. Chargesheet has since been filed under section 356/379/411/34 IPC. 3. During the course of proceedings, the parties amicably resolved their disputes and executed a Memorandum of Understanding dated 26.04.2025. It is submitted that petitioners have paid the total settlement amount of Rs. 40,000/- (Rupees forty thousand only) as per the schedule in settlement.
