This petition has been filed challenging the Order dated 23.07.2019 passed by the learned Central Administrative Tribunal, Principal Bench, New Delhi (hereinafter referred to as, ‘Tribunal’) in O.A. No. 1636/2014 titled S.R. Hussain v. Union of India & Ors., dismissing the said O.A. filed by the petitioner herein. 2. The petitioner further challenged the Order dated 11.03.2013 passed by the Appellate Authority/respondent no.2, dismissing the appeal filed by the petitioner against the penalty order. 3.
