The petitioner is presently working as a Head Constable in the Indo-Tibetan Border Police. His monthly income is over ₹ 72,000/-. He is aggrieved by the fact that, from this amount, an amount of ₹ 7,000/- is being credited, every month, into the accounts of Respondents 2 and 3, who are his estranged wife and son. He, therefore, prays that a mandamus may be issued to the respondents to W.P.(C) 13022/2025 3. The petitioner first approached this Court without impleading Respondents 2 and 3.
