Petitioner is plaintiff before the learned Trial Court and has filed a suit for declaration, injunction, rendition of accounts etc. 2. The limited request in the present petition is to the effect that the learned Trial Court be requested to dispose of the suit in a time-bound manner. 3. The suit has been instituted in the year 2014 and, therefore, it is already a decade old suit. 4. There is, generally, a direction to learned Civil Courts to fast-track old cases and the suit in question being more than 10 years old is, even otherwise, required to be fast-track and dealt within an expeditious manner. 5.
